UK orders are sent via Royal Mail service. BuffSupp has no control over unexpected delays caused by our couriers.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return an item from your order for a refund or exchange, please make sure the product is unused and in re-sellable condition with all packaging and seals intact.

Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the date of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to return within this cancellation period by email, phone or letter.

When returning a parcel for any reason, please include a note that clearly states your name, order number and reason for return. Failure to include this will make it impossible for our Returns Department to deal with your order.

The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense. In all return cases, please make sure adequate insurance and packaging is used on all returned items as all goods remain your responsibility until received safely back to us, regardless of the reason they are being returned. If returned goods are not sufficiently packaged and as a result are damaged on return these items will be charged for in full.

No shipping costs will be refunded. If you are returning an item for exchange, you will have to pay shipping for that item. A restocking fee of 20% also applies for all returns.

About Out-of-Stock Items

BuffSupp can't keep everything in stock all the time due to demand. If there any items out of stock please be patient and we wil get them back in stock as soon as possible.

Alternate Delivery Address

At BuffSupp we make every effort to ensure that your information is correct. If you provide an alternate delivery address when placing the order we can ship to that address. But if however you have failed to enter an alternate delivery address we will post your item to the billing address. You cannot change the address once the order has been placed. This is to prevent Credit Card Fraud. If you have genuinely made a mistake and ordered your items to the wrong delivery address, you can email us then we can refund your order, and then you can place the order again with the correct information. This is final and no exceptions are made.

Missed Initial Delivery

If you are not available to receive the parcel when the delivery driver attempts to deliver your parcel then it will be held with the courier and await a response from the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect this parcel from the courier at a more convenient time for yourself. As the sender we cannot arrange redelivery of the item as we do not know the circumstances of the when you will be available for redelivery. There will be no extra charge to the customer when arranging redelivery of collection from a courier. We cannot refund any postage costs to customers who have to arrange redelivery or collection of their parcel. This is in line with the industry standard procedures. Any parcels that are not collected will be returned back to our facility at which point your account will be refunded for the item.
